Two, Three, Fall.

Okay, so here we go. A whole bunch of Polaroids taken since whenever I stopped blogging for a while. None are particularly well-scanned or aligned, so sorry about that!
DIY Polaroid filtering when I still lived in the lodging.
These were all shot in total darkness, so I wouldn't know what Beth was doing until I saw the print.
She's ace, non?
It was tiring stuff, so then we went to get ready for bedtime.
Stoney Street, sometime in July I think.
Red is in the details.
Apples on the tracks at Attenborough station.
Bethany after we went to take photos on flowers in really odd weather.
This was on the way to Roshan's show at Lee Rosy's.
Nice hat.
Nice grin.
The day at the park.

When the deer came to hang out with us.
I think this one thought we were especially cool.
This is the photo of my summer.
This is one of a whole load of experiments involving ripping apart prints.
Lighting experiment shoot.
"Beth, just do your crazy face!"
Burning the print seemed like a good idea.
Can you tell I wasn't expecting this?

Big head.

Beth missed me and we both miss Bon Bons.
It really was.
Someone's breakfast in the Mezz bar.
Bethany found this in the street near the station. If this is you, get in touch Mr. Polaroid Man!

Seeing as I've just had these prints back I thought I better add them. Sorry they're so grainy. I don't know what my scanner was thinking.
"Daddy, I want a fucking pony!"
Giraffe.
Pop and Teres not knowing what to eat.
Bethany in the sunshine around Mayfair.
The Dandy (but rather blurred) Warhols.
Joseph and my hand. No idea where this was.
And finally, the view from my dad's flat with what I believe to be Nottingham station.

Back to work tomorrow but hopefully I'll have some new shots up from London in a few days along with some Hustle pictures.

Part two!

I haven't had chance to scan all my Polaroids yet, but here's a bunch of Lomo photos shot sometime between May/June and now. They're in a really messy order and this is NOWHERE near the amount I've shot in that time. Sorry about that.
First up, a bunch of Colorsplash shots. Technically, this isn't my photo. It's Bethany's, shot at Dalghety Bay. The picture I was taking follows a bit later on.
Bleasby. This was meant to be the start of Bethany and Joe's music video, but the footage never got used in the end.
At least it was a nice day.
This is Ian's part of the final Foundation show. His work was immense. Sorry it hasn't come out properly Ian!
I think this was on Wigmore Street. Taken in the days following the Brighton filming.
Helen's group picnic.
William's birthday trip to London and his head double exposed against St Pancras.
Attenborough train station.
This was one of the last days I caught the train in the morning.
These are from a 35mm film (well, two actually) that I ran through my Holga. The actual full-frame photos are a hundred times better (there's a few at the end of this post), but it costs LOADS to get them printed full-frame, so we've got to make do with Jessops poor attempts for the time being. This was in London. I can't remember where.
In the Broadway. Not actually drunk.
Jim in the stairwell at Stoney Street. I miss this guy.
Bethany in Edinburgh.
Dalghety Bay and some really lovely but badly focused smoothie.
Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh.
Dalghety Bay again. This is the one I was taking in the first photo. Unfortunately, the negative was wayyyy over-processed, so we'll never know how this should've looked.
Botanic Gardens again. Told you the order was a mess.
The sizes are all over the place too. This was the entrance to Edinburgh train station.
Edinburgh. That's the station there at the bottom, slightly to the left.
Attenborough on what was a much lovelier day than this photo would suggest.
Light leaks on a perfume display in John Lewis, Nottingham.
My old room with the surprisingly resiliant plant that I got at the start of my Final Major Project.
Stacked tables in Stoney Street.
St James' Street doubled with Nottingham station.
Crepes from the wonderful (but sadly now closed down) Bon Bons doubled with Bethany eating it in the Malt Cross.
Jodie and the mothership.
These are the ones I had done properly. It cost me £8 per photo, but they look alright, don't you think? This is Broad Street going on to Stoney Street. My new place is right at the bottom of this road.
The church at the top of Mansfield Road.
Ian and Matt near college.
This is actually two shots combined. The background story is long and boring, but the one on the right is taken in the bumper of the car on the left. Skillful tactics.

Sorry these are so badly scanned and unedited. I'll post my Polaroids soon, hopefully with some Hockley Hustle pictures too.
